About 9th Avenue Auto Services
9th Avenue Auto Services in Escondido handles RVs, motorhomes, and everyday cars. The shop does full diagnostics, engine and transmission work, suspension rebuilds, brakes, A/C, and smog inspections. One reviewer called it the only place they trust, noting the owner's knowledge and a mechanic who explains everything in detail. Others mention quick, affordable brake jobs and a team that works with you to keep costs down. But not every visit goes smoothly. A few reviewers say the final bill came in higher than quoted, and one had to ask repeatedly for an emailed diagnostic. Another reported items stolen from their car during a repair. The shop has a mix of praise for helpful staff and complaints about communication, so it's worth asking for a written estimate before work begins.
