About A Step Above LLC
A Step Above is a mobile RV service based in Cheyenne. Instead of hauling your rig to a shop, the techs come to you, whether that's your house, a campground, or wherever the rig happens to be parked. They handle roof work, awning repairs, and propane leak fixes, and the listing also covers inspection and trailer repair. Reviewers keep coming back to how much the techs know and how well they explain it. Several mention being shown the worn parts and walked through what was wrong. Polite staff and fair pricing come up often too, along with work done clean and right the first time. One owner had slide cables replaced at a campground and said the crew showed up on time and never stopped until the job was done. It's a busy outfit, so call ahead. Someone got a water heater installed within two days of being referred, and another walked in unannounced on a Saturday and still got help.
