One reviewer was camping at McKinney Falls when their water heater quit. A1 got someone out the same morning, and the tech replaced the failed part and made sure it cycled a few times. Another reviewer said the phone system, named Daniel, doesn't identify itself as AI and hung up when asked for a human. The shop has a 3.0 rating from 2 reviews.
