About Alabama RV & Storage
Alabama RV & Storage on the east side of Montgomery does more than store rigs. It's also an RV dealer, rental agency, and repair shop, so you can get warranty work, generator fixes, and awning installs handled in one place. Reviewers mention honest business people and a gated lot where you can pick your spot and get the code for after-hours returns. One customer praised the service department for going the extra mile on a Norcold refrigerator warranty, even helping contact the manufacturer and arranging part delivery to their next stop. Another had a generator diagnosed quickly under warranty. Storage customers like that a phone call handles requests like packing bearings or filling propane tanks. Not every review is glowing. One owner waited six weeks for awning parts with no call back. Hours are posted, and the entrance and lot are wheelchair accessible.
