About American Pro RV Service Center
American Pro RV Service Center is an auto and RV repair shop on the Summerfield side of the Ocala area. Reviewers with motorhomes, diesel pushers and a mobile grooming van keep coming back. The owner, Dave, is the name that comes up most. People describe him as easy to reach and straight with them, and more than one review mentions him telling a customer to save their money or suggesting a workaround instead of a bigger repair. One camper about 30 minutes away had a power surge take out a transfer switch. They got in the same day, the part arrived the next day, and the fix came in faster than expected at a fair price. Others mention a hot water problem sorted in a day and checked over before pickup. Staff get called friendly and easy to talk to, and the shop works with extended warranty companies. Services cover AC, brakes, electrical, engine tuning, glass and body work, plus generators and chassis. Not every review is glowing. One customer felt the smaller jobs got premium pricing. Worth knowing before you go in.

“I purchased an older model motorhome a little over a year ago, and although I am mechanically inclined, I knew at some point I would have to find an honest, reliable maintenance shop for service.” – hguilford, 6 months ago, on Google
“My wife and I wanted to have some work done on our 2006 diesel pusher. I stopped in to see if American Pro would be interested and met Dave, the owner. I enjoyed talking with him and felt he was professional and knowledgeable.” – Russ H., a year ago, on Google
“I’m in Fl winters with a mobile grooming van. I’ve struggled for three winters now to find a place that I feel comfortable with getting repairs done on my unit. Stopped one day just to ask questions. They were very friendly!” – Calvin J., 2 years ago, on Google
