About ARMS Inc
ARMS Inc is an RV repair shop in Anna, Ohio, that also turns its hand to cars and trucks. The 4.7-star rating across 30 Google reviews keeps coming back to the same thing: the people. Reviewers call the staff friendly and say the owner treated them fair. A lot of the stories are roadside emergencies that ended here. One couple blew a tire near Lake Loramie and had replacements waiting first thing the next morning. A Class A owner got squeezed in even with the shop busy on county fair vehicles, school buses and trucks. Someone with a transmission issue got looked at and sent on safe for the mountains. On the service side, they list air conditioning, batteries, electrical, brakes, tires, oil changes, engine diagnostics and air and cabin filter replacement. If you are stuck mid-trip, the reviews suggest calling is worth it. One Friday afternoon air leak got traced and fixed the same day.

“We can't say enough about ARMS. A true standup customer service focused company. The ownership and staff are amazing. I inherited a 1983 Pace Arrow motorhome that had been sitting for 10 years in Ohio. We live 450 miles away in Tennessee.” – TooTallTooShort, 10 months ago, on Google
