About At Your Door RV Service
At Your Door RV Service is a mobile outfit, so the work happens where your rig is parked instead of in a shop bay. They handle RV systems broadly, with air conditioning, electrical, awnings, A/C gaskets, cooling units and carpet or flooring among the listed services. Portland and the surrounding area is the home base. Reviewers keep coming back to the technician, Tuck, and how he works. Several mention he answers the phone right away and will talk through a problem before anyone drives out. Generator trouble comes up often, along with diagnostics, plus a few mentions of hot water, refrigerators, fifth wheels and campers. People describe him as knowledgeable, patient and reasonable on cost. Some reviews say he fixed a small issue on site during an inspection and had the tools for the job. He carries a warranty on his work, and the shop lists insurance. Not every review is glowing: one owner reported a breaker mismatch that led to converter damage and a fire. Worth reading the reviews yourself.

What renters mention
“I was skeptical using someone who didn't have a store front. Geez if something goes wrong the guy could disappear. After having generator problems for years, it was never reliable. After taking RV to several shops.” – RICK M., 3 months ago, on Google
“I don't have enough words to describe how much I appreciated Tuck's help with my Airstream!” – Katherine G., 8 years ago, on Google
“Highly Recommend! Tuck is amazing. He is very responsive, every time I call, he answers immediately and takes time answering all of my questions. He arrived on time and had all the tools needed for my pre-purchase instruction.” – Cuiting Z., 3 months ago, on Google
