About B. Franck RV Service
B. Franck RV Service is an RV parts and service center in Mecosta, Michigan. Certified techs work on rigs at the shop or at your campsite, which matters if you're broke down mid-trip. The service list covers a lot: air conditioning, appliances, furnace, brakes, electrical, batteries, body and trim, roofing and awnings. They keep a camping store and parts on hand too. One reviewer came in with roof and A/C damage from a low bridge and said the shop handled the whole thing in under a week. Another had an awning and strap fixed in a few minutes and called the staff friendly, fast and professional. A tech named Joe got credit for spotting a second problem and fixing it, plus maintenance tips. It isn't all praise. One couple trying to get a heater diagnosed said a tech misjudged the cause and never called back, though the office followed up. Another called the office pleasant but the tech not so much. Reviewers mention calls a lot, so it's worth ringing ahead.
