About BackWoods RV Service & Repair LLC
BackWoods RV Service & Repair is a family run shop in Ardmore that also sends techs out for mobile work. Reviewers keep coming back to that family part. One owner said the whole crew is involved and makes the visit easy. Another called them more like family than a business. They handle the usual trouble: AC, electrical, brakes, batteries, water heaters, roof and awning work, plus annual inspections. Folks mention warranty calls and recall paperwork getting handled for them, and slide repairs. Several reviewers said the techs showed up when scheduled and diagnosed the problem without a lot of drama. One driver called from Guntersville by mistake and still got an on-time visit. Not every review is warm. One customer paid for a slide seal repair that was still leaking afterward and warned others off. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you book. They keep regular hours, not 24/7.
