About Beard RV
Beard RV is a family-owned dealership and repair shop on the Raleigh side of things, selling new and used travel trailers from Forest River, Gulf Stream and Heartland, plus Bison horse trailers and dump trailers. The service department handles repairs and the parts store covers accessories for your next trip. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Several mention no-pressure sales and a quick, easy buying process, and more than one calls out how patient and knowledgeable the techs are, including walking a first-time buyer through every inch of a camper. One family stranded on the roadside on the Fourth of July got a tire and help fast. Others mention sway bar installation and hitch assistance. Not every story ends well. One buyer says a unit sold out from under them and a push toward a pricier model turned into an argument over price. The shop does have posted hours and isn't open around the clock, so call ahead on a holiday weekend.
