About Beleza Vans
Beleza Vans is a camper van and overland build shop in Van Nuys, by appointment only. The focus is on lightweight construction and design, and the flagship van is listed at 22 MPG. Beyond full custom builds, they take on design, repair, and install work: featherweight cabinetry, fan and diesel heater installs, 12v electrical systems, windows, and solar. Reviewers describe the builder as someone with both creative vision and hands-on skill. One owner brought in a camper that another builder had left with a list of problems, and said he spent time on the issues before charging for them. Others mention quick quotes, steady updates during a build, and projects finished fast. A flat floor with cargo storage went into a Toyota Sienna. A kitchen cabinet and water system went into another rig. There are a few signs that small jobs get the same treatment as big ones. One customer needed a water heater installed right before a van sale and got it done on short notice. Another said he saved their van project and made it operational. Seven reviews, all five stars. Call ahead before you stop by.
