About Big Country RV

Big Country RV is an RV dealer in Bend with a second location in Redmond. They sell travel trailers, fifth wheels, motor homes, toy haulers and tent campers, with brands like Fleetwood, Heartland, Keystone, Northwood and Tiffin on the lot. There's a parts department and a service department, and the shop runs coupons for both. Reviewers talk up the no-pressure sales approach over and over. Several mention staff who walk them through every feature before they leave, and a few say a salesman's background as an RV tech helped answer their questions. Financing comes up too, with buyers describing an easy process and a good rate from a local lender. One recent customer found a used 2023 truck camper after months of searching. Not every review is glowing. One first-time buyer wished they had checked every door, cabinet and seal before making an offer, and felt the condition did not match what they expected. Worth reading the full reviews and looking a unit over closely yourself.
