About Blue Compass RV Albany
Blue Compass RV sits on Rensselaer Ave in Latham, just off I-87, and it's both a dealership and a repair shop. They handle air conditioning, brakes, electrical work, awnings, roof sealing, and appliance repair. The parts department gets mentioned often in reviews, and the staff is frequently called informative. But the reviews are mixed. Plenty of people praise the sales team, with one repeat buyer saying the process was simple and smooth. Service is another story. Multiple reviewers describe long waits for parts and repairs, with one saying three months passed with little communication. Others report that promised fixes weren't done at pickup. With a 3.6 rating across more than 1,500 reviews, it's worth reading recent ones before you commit. If you need warranty work or are shopping for a travel trailer or pop-up camper, the selection and parts counter are the draws. Just go in with clear expectations about timing.
