About Blue Compass RV Palm Desert
Blue Compass RV Palm Desert sits just off I-10 at 77840 Varner Rd, carrying new and used motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels. They also run a parts department and service bay for AC, awning, brake, and electrical work. Reviewers often mention the parts department and helpful staff, with some noting no-pressure sales experiences. But service experiences are mixed. Several reviewers describe long waits and communication issues, including one who booked an appointment weeks ahead only to find their vehicle details recorded wrong. Another cut a trip short to make an appointment and was told the rig couldn't be looked at for a week. Others had warranty work completed in a timely manner and praised honest staff. The shop handles AC repair, awning repair, brakes, electrical, and appliances. It's a good spot if you're near Palm Desert and need parts or service, but read the reviews and confirm your appointment details before you go.
