About Bob's Welding and RV Service
Bob's Welding and RV Service has been fixing RVs in Fruitland Park since 1982. It's a family-owned shop that handles most makes and models, from roof leaks and AC replacements to hitch installations and brake work. They also take on small welding projects and offer mobile service. Reviewers keep mentioning the hardworking crew and how honest the business is. One person drove away after a custom axle replacement and said they'd come back even if they moved. Another brought in a horse trailer with roof leaks, a bad AC fan, and slide-out seals, and had it back in under a week. A few reviews note that Bob's was the only place around Ocala willing to fix a dangerous hitch mistake. People also praise the communication and the workmanship. One customer had a base plate and brake system installed on a new Grand Cherokee and was impressed with the clean job. Another had a Coleman AC swapped for a Houghton unit and was pleased. If you're stuck mid-trip, this is the kind of place locals point you to.
