About Camp Quest
Camp Quest in Richmond handles RV parts and accessories plus truck caps and toppers. They sell parts and do installations, and they're open on weekends. One reviewer said the staff helped with a last-minute ladder rack mix-up and matched the price of a better one. But service reviews are all over the place. Some RV owners report good results, but others had problems. One said a water leak they paid to fix wasn't fixed. Another said cabinet locks failed right away. A third said waterproofing on a truck cap didn't hold up in the rain and was told it wasn't guaranteed. Reviewers also mention propane, water tanks, and hinges. If you need a part or a small install, they might have it or can order it. For bigger repairs, it's worth asking who does the work and what happens if it's not right. The shop has been around a while, and some people have had good luck with the counter staff.

What renters mention
“A week ago I ordered a ladder rack for my truck and scheduled installation for today. Only problem is that their supplier sent them the wrong rack!” – Steven D., 6 years ago, on Google
“We're staying with friends in the area and stopped in here to inquire about truck caps and storage systems. Cameron was a huge help and spent about 30 minutes with us.” – Jamie C., 4 years ago, on Google
“We dump our black tank here once a month for $20. We have a class C rv, 30ft. The dump spot requires you to back into it, and prob wouldn't work for a big class A. Otherwise it's always quick and easy.” – Neka Z., 5 years ago, on Google
