About Camping World - Grand Rapids
Camping World in Grand Rapids is a big store for RVs and camping gear, but it also runs a repair shop and parts counter out of the same spot. Roof, AC and awning work come up in what people write. The lot carries new and used units, and they take trade-ins and consignments. Reviews run both ways, and there are plenty of both. Salespeople come up by name as patient and not pushy, and several buyers say the crew helped them match a camper to their truck. Financing and hitch installation get steady mention. The complaints are just as specific: one owner describes an AC that never blew cold after a first service, and another says the numbers changed after they set an appointment. With over 1,400 reviews sitting at 4.0, it is a high-volume place. Product availability and parts counter trips come up often, so calling ahead on a part makes sense. If you are mid-trip and need roof or AC work, ask what the shop can fit in and when.
