About Camping World Headquarters
This Bowling Green location is a Camping World store, so you'll find RVs, camping gear, parts, and repair services all in one spot. They handle roof work and warranty claims, and the parts counter is there if you're fixing things yourself. But the reviews are rough. The 1.6-star average comes from 91 Google reviews, and a lot of them are about warranties. People say the coverage they were promised didn't hold up once they drove off. Others mention financing surprises and trouble getting callbacks from the office. One reviewer found black mold after repeated leaks, and another said a roof issue on a new unit was handed off as a DIY fix. If you're nearby and need a part, it's convenient. For major repairs or warranty work, though, read the reviews first. Several customers describe long waits and repairs that didn't stick.
