About Camping World - Katy

Camping World in Katy is a big RV dealer on the west side of Houston, and it does more than sell. New and used RVs, financing, trade-ins, consignment, plus a parts counter and a shop that handles roof, awning, body and generator work. Hours are posted, but it isn't open around the clock. Reviewers talk a lot about the staff, and the names that come up most often are the ones who didn't push. People mention salespeople who let them walk the lot without a hard close, listened to what they actually needed, and didn't try to talk a Bronco owner into a heavier trailer. One first-time buyer called the process patient and unhurried. Others went the consignment route and found it more work than expected. At 4.0 from 2,606 reviews, the spread is real. Satisfied customers point to informative staff and a smooth camper purchase. A few describe a pushy pitch at other locations and say Katy was the better experience. Repair turnaround and response time come up too, though less often. Worth reading a few recent reviews before you drive over.
