About Camping World - Longmont

Camping World in Longmont is a large RV dealer and repair shop. They sell new and used RVs, offer financing and trade-ins, and have a parts store. The service department handles warranty work, roof, AC, and awning repairs, plus winterization and propane filling. The parts department gets mentioned often in reviews, sometimes for having what you need in stock. With over 1,800 Google reviews and a 3.7 rating, you get a mix of experiences. Reviewers often call out the courteous staff, and one buyer praised a salesperson for being patient and not pushy during a long morning of looking at RVs. Others had good luck with tricky electrical work, with technicians spending a day and a half trying to reach a battery supplier. But there are real complaints about the service department. One reviewer said it was the worst vehicle service experience they'd had in their life. Another said customer service was nonexistent after a used RV they bought leaked on its first trip. Parts ordering and wait times come up too. If you're heading here for repairs, it's worth reading the recent reviews first.
