About Camping World - Petersburg
Camping World in Petersburg took over a local dealership and is still making changes. They sell new and used RVs, handle financing, trade-ins, and consignment, and run a service department for repairs. The lot carries camping gear and RV parts, so you can grab a water pump or accessories while you're there. Reviewers mention caring staff and fair pay, though one customer had a long wait for a touch screen fix with little communication. Another praised the service manager for going above and beyond and getting their AC fixed after a bad experience elsewhere. The financing option got a strong negative reaction from one buyer, so read the fine print. Services cover roof, AC, awning, and mobile repairs. Parts and generators are available. Hours vary, so call ahead.
