About Camping World - Richmond
This is an RV dealer on the south side of Richmond that also runs a repair shop and parts counter. The lot covers new and used motorhomes and travel trailers, plus financing, trade-ins, consignment and selling your current rig. Roof and awning work come up among the service mentions, and the shop handles generator repairs too. Reviewers have plenty to say, and it runs both ways. A 4.3 average over more than 1,400 reviews means a lot of people came away satisfied, and several call out the parts counter staff and individual salespeople as easy to work with. Camper selection and the purchase process get discussed most often, followed by travel trailers. The complaints are worth reading before you make the drive. More than one reviewer says they were pre-approved, drove a couple of hours, then found the deal fell apart. Others describe finding water damage or cracked fixtures that weren't visible in the online photos. If you're coming from out of town for a specific unit, ask to see current photos and condition details first.
