Camping World RV Service - Vacaville

About Camping World RV Service - Vacaville

Camping World's service center on the Vacaville stretch handles the usual list: oil changes, winterization, roof and awning work, generator and parts jobs, and warranty repairs. They also run a free 22-point inspection and offer same-day service on some work, with a Performance Center for upgrades and installs. Trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes all get handled here. The reviews are a split picture, and it's worth reading both before you book. One customer praised a staff member by name for walking them through the buying process without pressure and answering every question. The other review is blunt about missed promised dates, no status updates, and a repair that damaged the exterior wall and went unfixed until the customer pointed it out. That reviewer also flagged staffing churn and a messy work order system. With only two reviews and a 3.0 rating, there isn't much to go on. Call ahead, confirm your date in writing, and ask who owns your work order.
