About Caprock RV Services
Caprock RV Services sits in Lubbock, formerly Specialty RVs of West Texas, and the team brings more than 30 years in the trade. Kevin McKinnis and Wes Wertman run it as a local, owner-operated shop. They take on structural and chassis jobs that other places pass on. Reviewers keep mentioning how fast the crew moves and how fair the pricing feels. One traveler's furnace quit in February and the owners plus a tech jumped on it together. Another had a water leak they couldn't trace and got the RV back the next day. Slide system replacements, plumbing, and electrical wiring come up too. More than one person noted the shop pushed a warranty company to cover repairs. Services cover air conditioning, batteries, electrical, engine diagnostics, body and trim, brakes, exhaust, and oil changes. Roof, awning, and mobile work are also on the list. The shop is an authorized warranty facility and handles insurance work, parts, and generators. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking.
