About Carson City RV
Carson City RV sells new and used travel trailers and camp trailers, and it runs a service and parts shop alongside the lot. It's an RV dealer first, but the repair side gets mentioned too, including parts and hitch setup help. Awnings come up in what they service. Across 285 Google reviews the average sits at 4.5, and the recurring theme is sales staff who don't push. Reviewers describe walking in with a million questions and getting straight answers, and one mentions a salesman who steered them toward a lighter trailer than they wanted because the weights wouldn't work. The finance department gets a lot of mention, much of it positive, and people bring up easy financing and no hidden fees. Staff kindness comes up often, in service and parts as well as sales. Not every review is glowing: one buyer reported water damage from a slide leak and a contract signed with extra products added. Weekend hours and a warranty are part of the setup, and parts availability is mentioned by customers. If you're mid-trip with something broken, calling ahead makes sense to check what they can take on.
