About Cascade Custom Coach
Cascade Custom Coach is an RV repair and customization shop in Sultan, Washington. The place has 35 years of experience behind it, and the reviews suggest that shows. It handles everything from appliance repair and battery upgrades to resealed roofs, siding repair and water damage. Wheel bearings get repacked here too, and the shop stocks chassis and parts. Drivers keep mentioning the owner by name. Jeff is described as a straight shooter who talks through the job before anyone touches your rig. Reviewers say he'll even tell you to hold off on work you don't need yet. Communication comes up a lot in the 27 Google reviews, and so does the quality of the work. One owner got a permanent fix on an awning rail that mainstream dealers wouldn't touch. Another had an oil change done by lunch, with a full inspection thrown in that caught a rear pinion seal leak. The shop sits at a 4.9 rating, and the pattern in the reviews is minor fixes handled properly and prices that don't sting. If something on your coach is broken, this is a number worth having.
