About Chassis By Zach
Chassis By Zach is a veteran-owned auto and RV repair shop in Fredericksburg, Texas. They've been around for over thirty years, handling all makes and models, including hybrids and electrics. The shop offers services like AC repair, brakes, electrical work, engine diagnostics, oil changes, and steering and suspension repair. Reviewers often mention the staff being kind and taking time to explain things. Diagnosis and thoroughness get praised, and several people note the cost as a plus. One RVer stuck on a weekend trip said Zach sent someone out to check the truck instead of making them tow it in. Another long-time customer appreciates the easy scheduling and follow-up on estimates. Not every review is positive. Some folks felt the estimates were high or included unnecessary work, so it's worth asking questions upfront. The shop is closed 24/7, but has set hours, so call ahead. If you're broken down mid-trip, this is a place that reviewers say will try to help.
