About Craft Collision Center Inc.
Craft Collision Center is a family owned body shop on the Lebanon side of things, and they've been at it since 2001. Cars, trucks, and RVs all get the same treatment: collision repair, frame work, bumper replacement, paint, and ADAS calibration. If your rig took a hit on the road, this is the kind of place that will look at it. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Kevin and his crew get named for walking folks through the insurance side, including when a company was being difficult or was out of network. One RV owner praised the workmanship and came back two years later at the new location. Others mention their trucks coming back with paint they're proud of, and a couple were surprised to find the interior detailed at pickup. With a 4.8 rating across 82 reviews, the pattern in the feedback is clear: friendly staff, tidy results, and a shop that stays on top of the paperwork. Call ahead about hours and scheduling.
