About Custom RV
Custom RV is a dealer and trailer repair shop in Hawaiian Gardens, serving Southern California since 1995. It handles travel trailer repair and awning work alongside sales, so it covers both the rig you own and the one you might buy. Reviewers tend to bring up cost and the staff's knowledge. Several people say the crew walked them through bunkhouse layouts and options before they bought, and one notes a salesman was upfront about a used unit's flaws. Others describe talking with people who share personal knowledge rather than a script. The tone across the 51 reviews is mixed but lands at 4.3 stars, and a few mention that a small shop moves at its own pace. Buyers have written about KZ Connect Lite and Sportsmen bunkhouse trailers, and one mentions towing a Trailmanor with good mileage. Call ahead for hours before you drive over.

What renters mention
“Happy Camper here! Seriously, after reading some of the lessor reviews I felt the need to share my experience. Small Business owners are just that, don't expect high turn around service or end of the month price discounts.” – HighAnxiety, 9 years ago, on Google
“We recently bought our 2018 KZ Connect Lite C211BH from Custom RV, took it out for our first trip, are now gearing up for our second trip and we LOVE it!” – Laurie E., 8 years ago, on Google
“We traded in our pop up trailer for a beautiful 2017 KZ Sportsmen Bunkhouse trailer. We are in absolute love with our new trailer! The kids are super excited and love their full size bunks. Brian was great!” – Alison H., 8 years ago, on Google
