About Custom RV Services
Custom RV Services is a family operated shop on the south side of Conway, and the reviews suggest a crew that stays busy but still makes time. One reviewer from South Carolina came in with a leveling system that had deployed while driving, and said nobody else would help until Custom RV told them to bring it over. Another had hail damage from a tornado and was told to get the fifth wheel inside before the weather did more harm. The shop handles air conditioning, body and trim, brakes, electrical, roof and awning work, plus camper maintenance and a long list of parts. Mobile service comes up a lot in reviews, including a call to a park in Conway for what turned out to be no leak at all. Reviewers also mention the crew, quality work, and clear communication. Parking and highway access are easy, and rigs waiting on service stay out back. Worth knowing: it's not a 24-hour operation, so call during business hours.
