About D and M Mechanical
D and M Mechanical is a family-owned auto and RV shop in Soldotna, Alaska, operating since 2020. They handle everything from cars and trucks to RVs, ATVs, and boats, so you can get back on the road or trail without hunting down multiple shops. Reviewers consistently mention quick turnaround and fair pricing. One RV owner broke down in Kenai on the way to Homer and was squeezed in first thing the next morning, with parts sourced and the alternator replaced within hours. Others note the team's honesty, like resetting a radio for free after another shop overcharged. A fleet manager trusts them with nine heavy-duty service trucks, and a vintage Chevy owner praises their skills with older vehicles. Weekend breakdowns happen, and they seem to find a way to fit you in. If you're in the Kenai or Soldotna area and need mechanical help, this is a solid bet.
