About Darren Bideaux RV
Darren Bideaux RV is a dealership and service center on the West Haven side of things, selling new Catalina, Sandpiper, Work and Play, SportTrek, Sienna, Stratus and Northern Lite lines alongside used trailers, motorhomes and toy haulers. The sales floor runs 9 to 6 weekdays and 9 to 5 Saturday. Service opens earlier, 8 to 5 Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours 9 to noon. The service center handles a full range of maintenance and repair plus hitch installation, and there's a finance department for warranties and lending. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: the trailer selection and the way the sales staff don't push. One shopper drove from Colorado Springs for a new Heartland Torque and had a fuse chased down on the way out. Another family broke down with a dead AC in 100 degree heat and got back on the road. Review topics lean heavily on trailer repair and timely repairs, with fridge and water tank fixes showing up too. Parts are on site, and the shop is open weekends, which matters when something quits on a Sunday.

What renters mention
“Darren Bideaux RV was excellent to work with. A friend dragged my wife and over to their booth at the Sportsman Expo in Salt Lake City. He was looking at a new unit to purchase. Soon after we were looking at the units on display.” – Eddie M., Edited 6 months ago, on Google
“We found a camper that we'd been looking for all over at Darren Bideaux RV, and we filled out a contact form to learn more. Russ reached out to me promptly and was incredibly helpful.” – Adam S., 2 months ago, on Google
“We appreciate the down to earth style dealership. I have owned rv's for over 35 years. We went from popular to motorhome's. New and used. 50% of my purchases were not pleasurable. 49% were. 1% was exceptional, and that was Bideaux.” – Daniel P., 11 months ago, on Google
