About Double S Rentals
Double S Rentals in Bridgeport rents campers and travel trailers, and runs Slim's RV Service, a mobile repair business for travel trailers, drivables, and living quarter horse trailers. They also handle U-Haul truck and trailer rentals. Hours are by appointment only, so call ahead. Reviewers keep coming back to how clean the units are and how quickly the staff responds. One camper was "clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described." A first-timer said the bed slept like home and the trailer was stocked well enough that they overpacked for nothing. Several mention Shelly and Mike by name for making drop-off and setup easy, and when a generator acted up on one trip, they fixed it fast. The shop holds a 5.0 rating across 51 Google reviews. If you're mid-trip with a repair issue or need a camper for a weekend, this is a local outfit with a solid record on both sides.
