About Duplechain's Paint & Body Shop
Duplechain's has been doing paint and body work in DeRidder since 1968, and RVs and campers are part of what they handle alongside regular vehicles. It's an auto body shop first, so think collision damage, bumpers, trim and paint rather than engine or appliance work. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Ms. Summer gets named for keeping people updated on their vehicle, and several folks say the shop is upfront about cost instead of trying to take advantage. One customer with bumper and radiator support damage got in within days and was back on the road quickly. Another said they offered a free plastic wrap on a taillight to keep it waterproof while an insurance claim sorted out. Timing comes up both ways. Repeat customers say repairs finish on time and the quality holds up. One reviewer called the work unprofessional and slow, and thought it was overpriced for the result. With 52 reviews averaging 4.6, most people land on the positive side.
