About Excel Palm Beach
Excel Palm Beach is a family-owned RV repair shop on the Treasure Coast that's been fixing rigs since 1998. They handle full-service RV work, body repairs, and diesel engine diagnostics, along with school buses and equestrian trailers. The shop takes extended warranties and insurance claims, so if a leak or breakdown turns into a bigger job, there's a path through the paperwork. Reviewers keep mentioning the same people. Multiple reviews call out Melissa at the front desk for being thorough and kind, and mechanics like Earl and Alphonso get named for tracing electrical gremlins and explaining the fix afterward. One visitor from South Carolina had an A/C failure on Memorial Day and said the owner called back within an hour. Another praised the shop for taking on a camper after a bad experience with a dealer. Not every visit lands. A few reviews describe generator work that leaked oil and slide seals installed the wrong way, and one customer felt rushed and overcharged. With a 4.1 from 117 reviews, it's a shop with real fans and some rough edges. Call ahead if you're mid-trip and need a slot.

“It's a pleasure to write a review for Excel. I came to them after being abused by used RV dealer in Broward County. From the first minute they showed me what customer service was supposed to be like.” – Marneen Z., 8 years ago, on Google
