About First Choice RV Repair
This is a mobile operation, so you call with the problem and Ken comes to you. No hauling the rig across town. Reviewers mention he showed up at their camp spot and got to work. One owner had an old heater a previous shop never actually replaced. Ken's crew fixed that heater and the air conditioning and explained what the last installer got wrong. Another review describes a fifth wheel with electrical changes someone else made, and Ken working through each step to sort out the configuration. People say he's friendly and professional and easy to have around. AC work and quick response come up most in the reviews, and one customer noted the shop handled the warranty program. Roof, awning, chassis and battery work are on the list too, plus winterizing. He's direct about billing: an hourly rate plus parts and travel time. One reviewer put his number on speed dial.
