About Fleetwood RV | Holiday Rambler | American Coach
This is the REV Group factory operation in Decatur, Indiana, building and servicing American Coach, Fleetwood and Holiday Rambler Class A coaches. You have probably seen the names on the road: Bounder, Discovery, Endeavor, American Eagle. The service side handles A/C units, gas chassis work, hydraulic leveling systems and general maintenance, plus emergency roadside and interior work. There is a parts counter and warranty coverage. The reviews split. Several owners praise the Decatur shop crew and customer service, saying repairs came in under the quoted hours and the parts bill landed lower than expected. Others describe coaches that spent months in the shop, warranty back and forth, and fixes still open after coverage ran out. Worth knowing before you go: ratings sit at 3.3 across 59 reviews, and more than one owner mentions warranty disputes. If you are booking service, get the estimate and scope in writing first. Visitors also mention the factory tour.
