About Future Sales
Future Sales in Elkhart is part supply store, part install shop. They sell direct OEM replacement rock guards, gas struts, and solar components for aftermarket customers, and they design and install custom energy management systems for your rig. So if you're adding solar or replacing a worn strut, they can handle the parts and the labor. Reviewers mention the work quality and solar work specifically. One owner had them install another panel on a Grand Design Momentum and said communication was good and the work was done well. Others note that you get a real person on the phone, not an automated system. Michelle gets named for being helpful and answering emails within hours, not days. A strut order placed Tuesday arrived Friday. They also support RV OEMs with products built to spec. For aftermarket folks, the solar side seems to be a big draw. The shop has regular hours, not 24/7. If you're mid-trip with a broken rock guard or a solar question, this is a spot where the phone still gets answered.
