About General RV Center
General RV Center on the Fort Myers side is a big dealership, not a small independent shop. The lot covers Class A, B and C motorhomes, toy haulers, travel trailers and pop-ups, plus a parts and accessories store. They also run a service department staffed by certified technicians, so repairs and sales sit under one roof. The reviews land at 4.5 stars across 394 of them, and a lot of people mention the staff. Sales reps get named for listening to what buyers actually want and for not pushing. First-time buyers say they got a full walkthrough of their rig, and one couple came back months later to buy after an initial look. Fifth wheels and travel trailers come up often, along with the camper selection in general. Not every story ends well. One buyer of a new Alliance Valor wrote that the purchase started strong but that follow-up on walkthrough items was a letdown. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you go.
