About General RV Center
General RV Center sits off I-90 and Route 47 in Huntley, and it's a big operation: motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers and pop-up campers, new and used, plus a parts store and a service department. Reviews number over a thousand, averaging 4.1, so plenty of people have been through the lot. Sales reviews tend to mention the no-pressure approach. One buyer came from Maine after a phone call and said the rig matched the online photos. Another traded a towable for a Super C within months. Staff get named for patience during walkthroughs, and first-time trailer owners said they left knowing how everything worked. Parts counter help comes up often too, and warranty work is the single most mentioned topic. Service covers awnings and slide out repairs, and there are cosmetic fixes in the mix. It's a wheelchair accessible building with accessible parking. If you're ordering a part, calling ahead is worth it.
