About Good Sam Roadside Assistance
Good Sam Roadside Assistance is a towing and roadside service based in Englewood, Colorado. They handle breakdowns, lockouts, flat tires, battery issues, fuel delivery, and local hauling for RVs, travel trailers, and other vehicles. The service relies on a network of providers to send tow trucks or on-site technicians. With a 4.6-star rating from 3,744 Google reviews, feedback often highlights helpful representatives who answer questions and resolve issues. Reviewers mention the Platinum plan, membership renewal, and wait times. Some praise how easy the process is; others describe problems getting towed or with automatic renewal. If you're stuck mid-trip, they're set up for emergency calls. One reviewer thanked a driver named Edwardo for showing up quickly in the rain. Another said coverage was useless when their tow vehicle broke down while towing a fifth wheel. The mixed reviews suggest checking the fine print on what's covered before you need it.
