About Gordon Truck Centers
Gordon Truck Centers in Ridgefield is a Western Star and Freightliner dealership that also handles RV coach repair, diesel engine work, and Allison Transmission service. The 24-bay shop runs a body shop, chassis dyno, and Express Assessment. Reviewers mention the parts department and pleasant staff, and a few note they were updated at each step of the repair. Some reviews point to scheduling snags with weekend inspections and surprise diagnostic fees. One customer said they were charged for a diagnostic they didn't request. Another felt overcharged for brake drum work. The shop does offer warranty work and has a driver lounge with Wi-Fi and TV. If you're mid-trip with a breakdown, they're set up for big repairs, but get a clear quote first. Reviews are mixed, so it pays to confirm what's being done and what it costs before you hand over the keys.
