About Hart's RV & Generator Service
Hart's RV & Generator Service in Terrell handles generator and chassis work, and they're set up for parts and warranty jobs. They have hours posted, so call ahead before you haul your rig over. Reviewers keep coming back to generator repair. One traveler passing through Dallas had a 36 fault code and a generator that quit at random. Hart's got him in, found the problem, and fixed three issues in a day. Another family lost their Onan on the road at Thanksgiving, and Cliff talked them through the diagnosis by phone before Dustin came out the next day with the part. A full-timer had the stator, rotor, and computer module replaced on an Onan 10000, and appreciated the straight diagnosis instead of guesswork. Not every story is quick: one owner waited weeks on a carburetor warranty job while the shop sorted out parts. The 4.3 rating over 39 reviews suggests most folks leave satisfied.
