About Hawkes Outdoors
Hawkes Outdoors sits in New Braunfels as an RV dealer that leans hard into overlanding. Sprinters, adventure vans, expedition vehicles, class B RVs, trailers and rooftop tents fill the lot, along with racks, winches and camping gear. Reviewers keep coming back to the gear selection and the rooftop tents, and plenty mention the team by name as knowledgeable and passionate about the work. The service side shows up in the reviews too. One owner brought in a Storyteller they didn't buy there, and the shop tracked down three leaks and fixed them all. Another had electrical trouble from a bad switch-fuse bank in a 4Runner, and the team repaired it and suggested better gear going forward. A rooftop tent buyer said the service manager helped as much as he could from a distance. People describe it as not your typical dealer. Sales staff ask what you need instead of pushing a sale, and one out-of-state buyer of a camper van said the remote purchase beat expectations. They're open weekends.

What customers mention
“Hawkes Outdoors have earned my trust and far exceeded expectations. They are not a typical RV dealer. I purchased a 2025 Aventure camper van from them, remotely. If anyone knows what it’s like to buy a camper van, let alone out of state.” – Ashley K., a year ago, on Google
“We stopped by as we were passing through down I35. We actually turned around and went back at the very sight of the creative outdoor vehicles. We made a good choice.” – Ms. K., 7 months ago, on Google
“I am always impressed by a dealer and outfitter that takes the time to find the needs and wants of a customer and not just try to sell them something just to make the sale.” – Larry S., 7 months ago, on Google
