About Help My RV Repairs
Help My RV Repairs runs a shop in Peoria and sends mobile techs around the Phoenix metro. They handle roof and AC work, awnings, slide-outs, refrigerators, water heaters, generators, and leak repairs. The crew is RVDA/RVIA certified, and they work with extended warranties. Same-day repair is on the menu, and they're open weekends for emergency calls. With a 4.9 rating across 486 Google reviews, the feedback leans heavily on the techs' knowledge and how they explain problems. Reviewers mention warranty repairs getting approved and finished quickly, including one full-time family who needed parts and work done on a tight schedule. Others call out courteous staff and thorough inspections. One review describes a tech working through a 108-degree Arizona afternoon to get an RV ready for a weekend trip. Not every review is a home run. One owner felt the diagnosis dragged with a tech on the phone and later found mounting hardware left loose. That's the exception in the pile, but worth knowing if you're booking a bigger job. Overall, people come back and say they'll call again.
