About Hobbes RV Inc.
Hobbes RV in New Bern handles roof, AC, and awning jobs along with brakes, electrical work, batteries, body repairs, and 5th wheel service. They work on every make and model and can get parts for the job. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One person said a phone employee called techs on lunch to get an answer about a water pump, and others describe detailed help tracking down slide out cylinders and getting them rebuilt. Awning work comes up too, including a case where a team sorted out framework another shop installed wrong. Warranty work shows up in several reviews, and a few mention using them for generator repair and mobile calls. With 69 reviews and a 4.8 rating, the pattern is steady: people cite experience and follow-through on tricky repairs. It's a family operation, and more than one reviewer came away saying they'd call again.
