About I Know A Guy Mobile RV Repair and Inspections
Randy and Joann run this mobile RV repair and inspection service out of Billings, and they cover a 250-mile radius, so they come to wherever your rig is parked. Roof, AC, awning, electrical, plumbing, furnace and hot water work all fall under what they handle. A service call fee applies. Reviewers keep coming back to how much Randy knows. One owner said he knows his RV parts and will tell you straight if he doesn't. Others mention fair pricing and a quick diagnosis, and a few note he showed up when he said he would. Someone with a bent axle limped into town and found Randy already pulling up behind them at the campsite. Another camper with a hydro leak at the Yellowstone River RV park got fixed and back on the road with a four hour delay instead of a two day wait. The shop handles pre-purchase inspections too, plus generator and parts work.
