About Interstate RV Sales & Service Inc.
Interstate RV Sales & Service in Poynette is a Jayco dealer that also handles repairs and mobile calls. They work on roofs, AC units, awnings, water heaters, and generators. Parts and accessories are on hand, and they rent motorhomes. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff being friendly and accommodating. One long-time customer says they've used them for 15+ years and sends friends there. Another appreciated the no-pressure approach and said it was refreshing compared to larger sales businesses. Jeff and Renee are named in several reviews for their customer service. Not every review is glowing. One person had a water heater install that rusted and thought the labor cost was too high. But most of the 76 ratings land at 4.8 stars, and people often mention timely repairs and fair costs. They make house calls to campgrounds, which helps if you're stuck mid-trip. Hours are Monday through Saturday, closed Wednesday by appointment only, and closed Sunday.
