About Jim's Mobile RV Services
Jim's Mobile RV Services comes to you in Hitchcock and around Galveston. The shop handles roof leaks and AC work, and reviewers often mention that Jim shows up when he says he will. One camper had an AC quit in summer heat and said Jim installed a new unit the same day, working past 5 p.m. Parts and warranty come up in reviews, but not always smoothly. Some customers say Jim is honest and charges reasonable prices. Others describe callbacks and warranty parts that took weeks, or a leak fix that didn't hold after the next rain. Several people mention phone calls that went unanswered. If you're broken down mid-trip, Jim's is a mobile option that can save a day. Check the recent reviews yourself and get the plan in writing before work starts. That's the practical way to weigh the quick fixes against the follow-up complaints.

What customers mention
“In Galveston with our motor home for 2 weeks. The temps were in the mid to high 80s and humid. Our A/C on the motorhome stopped working. A phone call later Jim promptly returned my call and was enroute to look at the unit.” – walt s., 4 years ago, on Google
“Jim’s mobile RV service really came through for us. We had arrived at the Lone Star Rally and discovered a broken rear axle spring. I called Jim at about 10:00am and he was on site (Strand&18th) before noon.” – Gary T., 2 years ago, on Google
“Jim did a great job on our 5th wheel repairs. Got our problems fixed and we were back up and running. He kept everything he worked on clean, not leaving us a mess to clean. Priced reasonably.” – Hazel R., 6 years ago, on Google
