About Johnson RV Medford
Johnson RV Medford sits on Crater Lake Highway in Southern Oregon, a straight shot from Northern California. It's a dealership that also handles repairs, detailing, storage and parts, so you can shop for a new or pre-owned RV and get service questions answered in the same place. They take trade-ins, consignments and buy used RVs outright. The reviews lean heavily on the sales experience. People mention answering questions, a no-pressure approach and staff who are easy to work with. One reviewer called a salesman knowledgeable and patient, and another appreciated that he followed through after the sale. The finance department gets a few positive nods too. Service experiences are mixed: one person said the service staff were nice, while another felt a promised fix on a buckling backsplash was never addressed. With 211 reviews and a 4.7 average, it's a busy spot. If you're mid-trip and need work done, call ahead to see what the service bay can fit in.
